TERMS OF SERVICE

This website and all content is operated and owned by AIVILO, ABN 37 418 238 863 . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AIVILO Swim. AIVILO Swim offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

RETURN POLICY

When returning, all packages must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed. If the return exceeds our 15 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge. They must be returned with hygiene liner sticker and swing tags in place. 

Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. If your order is not quite right, you are welcome to return it for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size, colour, or style online. Your store credit will be active for 12 months.

AIVILO collections are very limited for sustainability and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes, colours or styles will be available when using your store credit to exchange. AIVILO does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.

All Pieces in each AIVILO collection are handmade with care and are inspected with quality check before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, blurring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.

 

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed before 12pm AEST will be shipped the same day.

Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent email confirmation with tracking information. No signature will be required on delivery. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

For returns, please note that you will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AIVILO take no responsibility in tracking your return.

If you have placed an order and need to make an amendment to your shipping address or specific order details, please contact us immediately via email at shop@aivilo.com.au. We will do our best to ensure your information is updated before your order is dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, please note that we are unable to make any changed to your shipping address and/or order.

AIVILO cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen orders.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us at AIVILO (ABN 37 418 238 863). This Privacy Policy applies to any personal information we collect about you and sets out how we collect, use, store and disclose such personal information. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

AIVILO is committed to treating your personal information responsibly and respectfully. By using our services and providing personal information to us, you consent to our collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If you contact us or place an order, we will collect the email address you nominate and any other identifying information you provide, such as a name or phone number.

Please do not give us other personal or sensitive information. You may opt out of further contact from us at any time.
